Working in a foreign country especially France can be an exhilarating experience. You are exposed to the beauty of French culture while accumulating funds. 1)      To locate a company which ensures a great work environment, you must habituate yourself with the good companies those stand high in the rankings. The ranking can be made on the basis of trustworthiness of the management and the sense of respect which company offers to the employees. Some candidates have a predisposition to apply for big companies. This is not wise to overlook the small and medium –sized firms. In terms of career management, they can be less illustrative but they have good human relations and the employees are more flexible over there.

2)      If you are a graduate, internships or a job can be a good option for you in France. They can find their suitable positions in information technology, marketing and research associates. The openings are more in IT sectors which is of 33% and 18% in the industry sector. You should move beyond the information published in company’s ads to select your right employer. You can find the employees and meet them at their clubs or trade shows to have an idea about the internal promotion and mobility policies of the company.

3)      A new working style was incorporated several years ago which is based on working 30-35 hours a week. This increased the bulk amount of jobs and is compulsory in some companies even now. This certified the flexibility of the free time that an employee has beyond the working hours. Significance of hierarchy is vital in France and you should understand the same. Where in many companies the positions along with powers are clearly publicized, but some of the companies entertain the same in complex ways.
